Summary
This short video recounts how workers on offshore gas & oil platforms want to put aside political and managerial differences, in order to find common ground and make the industry perform at its best. Bill Shorten, AWU National Secretary, tells of a very lucrative industry, whose wealth does not reach Australian workers. The union and the workers support each other, in order to bring positive changes to the working environment, but employers sometimes do not want to find common ground.
